SEO Coordinator

The SEO Coordinator maintains long-lived settings for the SEO workspace: client onboarding profile, site context, and other durable data that other SEO agents read during audits and strategy work.

It is a Pro agent type and is required for the SEO workspace.

What it does

  • Saves onboarding information (brand, site URL, goals, stakeholders) for the squad
  • Keeps SEO workspace configuration available to audit and strategy agents
  • Acts as the data anchor so audits and strategies stay aligned with the same client context

When to use it

Add the SEO Coordinator to any squad that uses the SEO workspace. Complete onboarding before running audits or building strategy documents.

Configuration

Onboarding is captured through the SEO workspace UI and stored against the squad. Review and update the profile when the client's site, goals, or contacts change.

The agent instance uses minimal LLM settings; most work is structured data management rather than open conversation.

Typical usage

  1. Enable the SEO workspace on the squad.
  2. Complete the onboarding steps in the workspace.
  3. Run SEO Audit and SEO Strategy agents that read the saved profile.
