AI Opportunity Analyst
The AI Opportunity Analyst researches a company's public website and produces an AI Opportunity Snapshot — a personalised one-page assessment powered by PrimePilot that evaluates the organisation against our three key offerings at a glance.
It is a Pro agent type used in the Lead Generation workspace alongside lead discovery.
What it does
- Validates and crawls a company website (multiple pages when needed)
- Detects live-chat widgets on the prospect site (Intercom, Tidio, HubSpot, PrimePilot, etc.) from HTML crawl — vendor fingerprints are loaded from AGENT-scoped data (platform defaults merged with optional tenant overrides), not hardcoded in the agent code
AgentMemory - Enriches findings with public search results
- Separates verified facts from assumptions
- Generates a concise, sales-oriented HTML one-pager stored for sharing and download — branded with pure CSS in a sandboxed iframe; the schedule-a-demo form is rendered as a native React panel below the report (iframe forms are not used for submit)
- Links to organization records discovered by the Lead Discovery Agent
What the report contains
The snapshot is designed to be scannable on one screen. It leads with an overall opportunity score and company snapshot, then evaluates the organisation against three key PrimePilot offerings:
- AI Website Chat Assistant — 24/7 chat, lead capture, instant answers (maps to Website AI Chat Assistant)
- AI Email Assistant — auto-reply, inbox triage, faster response times (maps to Email Auto Reply Agent)
- AI Workspaces — AI-powered workspaces for sales, service, operations, HR, marketing, and other team processes
Each offering card includes:
- Personalised description and current-state bullets
- Key benefits for this organisation
- Opportunity score (0–100) with a simple progress bar
- Directional potential impact and fit rationale
- Priority badge (High / Medium / Low)
For workspaces, the report lists 3–5 recommended workspaces (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Operations) with priority and use case.
Supporting sections:
- Verified company facts — website URL and industry only when explicitly stated in sources (no assumed employee counts or size bands)
- Category scores — customer engagement, customer service, sales efficiency, internal operations, knowledge management
- Organisation overview — concise paragraph at the top
- Website engagement — verified live-chat / WhatsApp findings when available
- Why it matters — four short outcome statements tailored to the business
- Recommended Next Step — side-by-side Start Free Trial and Schedule a demo (contact name, telephone, preferred date). Submissions are saved as SQUAD-scoped agent memory (). Includes a note that a full report will be sent via email after viewing this summary.
ai_opportunity_demo_request - Regenerating a report creates a new agent memory row; only the most recent active report is shown.
When to use it
Use the AI Opportunity Analyst when you sell AI or automation services and need a credible, research-backed brief before a sales conversation. It helps consultants and agencies turn a domain into a client-ready opportunity summary that clearly shows where chat, email, and workspace automation fit.
Configuration
Limits are set on the agent instance:
- Crawl depth: how many pages to analyze per site
- Search enrichment: how many search results to consider per query
Ensure your tenant storage settings are configured so reports can be saved and retrieved.
Typical usage
In the Lead Generation workspace, open an organization from the pipeline and request an AI opportunity report. You can use Agent enrich to update the organisation summary (notes are stored separately as enrichment records and are not fed into report generation). Use Regenerate to produce a fresh snapshot (a new memory row is created; older reports are kept but no longer active). The workspace invokes the agent and shows progress until the report is ready. Reports can be opened via a shareable link for prospects.
