Agent Reference

This section describes each agent type available in PrimePilot: what it is for, how to configure it, and where it fits in squads, workspaces, and listeners.

Starter plan agents

These agent types are included with the Starter subscription plan:

• RAG Agent: answers questions using your knowledge base
• Customer Service Agent: support conversations grounded in your content
• Domain Expert Agent: specialized advice from domain-specific knowledge
• MCP Agent: connects to external tools via MCP servers
• Email Response Agent: reads and replies to inbound email

Pro plan agents

These agent types require a Pro subscription and/or an add-on agent type on your plan:

• HTTP Action Agent: calls external APIs when incoming messages qualify
• Lead Discovery Agent: finds keywords, domains, organizations, and contacts
• Outbound Email Agent: drafts and sends B2B outreach email
• AI Opportunity Analyst: produces AI opportunity reports from a company website
• SEO Coordinator: stores SEO workspace onboarding and settings
• SEO Audit Agent: runs technical and pipeline SEO audits
• SEO Page Analyst Agent: deep analysis of a single page
• SEO Strategy Agent: builds and refines SEO strategy documents
• Image Analysis Agent: analyzes uploaded images (specialized use cases)
