Image Analysis Agent
The Image Analysis Agent reviews uploaded images and answers questions about them. The default configuration targets jewellery and luxury retail (style, materials, quality cues, value factors), but you can adapt prompts and knowledge for other visual domains.
It is a Pro agent type and may be offered as an add-on depending on your subscription.

When to use it
Use the Image Analysis Agent when customers upload photos and need expert-style feedback: identification, condition assessment, styling advice, or catalog matching in visual commerce scenarios.
Configuration
Configure from the agent instance in the dashboard:
- Vision model settings: model choice and analysis prompt for what to look for in images.
- Response generator: how findings are explained to the user.
- Knowledge bases: optional product catalogs or guides to ground recommendations.
- Feature toggles: style analysis, alternatives, value estimation ranges.
Typical usage
Add to a squad deployed via chat or widget where users can attach images. Ensure the deployment supports file uploads. Pair with a Domain Expert Agent if you need both visual and textual product expertise.
