SEO Audit Agent

The SEO Audit Agent runs broad SEO audits for a site: pipeline checks (crawlability, indexation, on-page patterns) and focused technical audits (for example robots, sitemap, Core Web Vitals signals). Results are stored for the SEO workspace dashboard and for strategy agents.

It is a Pro agent type and can run for a long time when many checks are requested.

What it does

  • Executes one or more audit actions in parallel
  • Crawls and analyzes pages according to squad and workspace settings
  • Writes structured audit results the workspace can display and filter
  • Feeds downstream SEO Strategy initialization

When to use it

Use the SEO Audit Agent at the start of an SEO engagement or on a recurring schedule to track technical health, indexation, and site-wide issues before prioritizing fixes.

Configuration

Audit scope is chosen in the SEO workspace (which checks to run). Agent-level settings control memory and naming conventions for stored results.

Ensure the SEO Coordinator onboarding profile is complete so audits target the correct site and market.

Typical usage

From the SEO workspace, start a site audit and monitor progress on the dashboard. Review findings by category (organic visibility, indexing, Core Web Vitals, issues list). Re-run audits after major site changes.
