User Management
User Management is part of Agent Studio. It gives administrators tools to monitor, manage, and analyze user accounts in your PrimePilot deployment, including activity, engagement, and account status. PrimePilot Express workspaces use the same users; this screen is opened from Agent Studio.
Roles
PrimePilot supports four roles: admins, support, members, and guests. When you subscribe to PrimePilot, an admin user is automatically created for your account. Each role has different capabilities and access levels as shown in the table below.
| Role | User Management | PrimePilot Express or Agent Studio | Use Credentials | User Scope |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Admin | Yes | Yes | Yes | Internal |
| Support | No | Yes | Yes | Internal |
| Member | No | No | Yes | Internal |
| Guest | No | No | No | External |
Admin users have full platform access and can create additional users in Agent Studio. Admin users choose PrimePilot Express or Agent Studio for the workspace and are the only role that can create and delete users.
Support users follow the interface the administrator chose, PrimePilot Express or Agent Studio, and use credentials to provide customer service via human handoff. They can manage conversations and assist with customer interactions but cannot manage other users.
Member users are internal users who interact with conversational chatbots integrated into internal systems. They use credentials to authenticate but do not open PrimePilot Express or Agent Studio. Members can interact with deployed agents and squads through those conversational interfaces.
Guest users are external users who typically access PrimePilot through public-facing chatbots. They do not open PrimePilot Express or Agent Studio and do not require credentials.
User Management Features
At the top of the page, you'll find key metrics including total users, active users, new users, and overall engagement rate. These statistics give you a quick overview of your user base at a glance.
The main user management table displays all users with their name, email, role, status, last seen date, and registration date. For each user, you can see activity metrics such as chat count, document count, message count, and engagement level. The table includes powerful search functionality to find users by email address, and filters to narrow down by role or account status.
From the user table, administrators can perform various actions including viewing detailed user information and activity history, changing user roles, suspending or activating accounts, and accessing detailed activity logs. Admin users can create and delete users, while other roles can use PrimePilot Express or Agent Studio based on their permissions.
